Appointments must be booked in advance via Fresha, WhatsApp, or email.
To ensure a calm and focused environment, please attend your appointment alone.
This is a home-based studio.

Cancellation and Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation.

We use high-quality professional products to ensure long-lasting results and nail health.
However, durability also depends on proper aftercare and daily habits.

Aftercare Nails
To maintain your nails:

Avoid excessive heat (saunas, hot baths)

Do not use nails as tools

Wear gloves when cleaning or gardening.
Proper care helps extend the life of your manicure.
Infills are recommended every 2-3 weeks.

Repairs & Guarantee
If you experience any issues within the first 3 days, please get in touch.
Repairs will be assessed and offered if related to the product application.
Damage caused by external factors is not covered.

Payment is accepted via bank transfer or cash.

Appointments outside working hours or on bank holidays may include an additional charge.
