Pop Up Well has variety in service options to help you get the best service experience and the most appropriate use of your treatment. This is some information from how it works to some care you should take with the treatment of your choice.
Please note that we are a Home Based Salon!

Appoitment
We focus on good service and customer experience, in this case so we can program and organize ourselves to receive you, always make your appointment at least 24 hours in advance by Whatsapp, E-mail or through Fresha booking system.
Please come alone (no children, partners or dogs).

Cancellation and Arrival Time
We kindly request to arrive at the scheduled time. Please communicate to us through Whatsapp or E-mail with at least 4 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your booking.
Late appointments may result in cancellation or shortened treatment.

Products
At Pop Up Well we make sure that the quality of your treatment is at its highest. This means that a fair amount of our product range is very durable therefore withstanding many daily activities.

Aftercare Nails
Please avoid high temperatures (like sunbeds, sauna, hot baths) and products that could contain solvent oils as this may result in color fade and product lifting.
Do not use your nails as tools to pull open or pick anything hard.
Always wear gloves when doing cleaning and gardening.
Before your next treatment be sure to book in a gel removal to ensure no damage occurs on the natural nails.
Note that treatments will not be performed on clients with visible nail or skin conditions until cleared by healthcare provider.

At Pop Up Well home based salon, we believe in trust and good customer relations. We provide the best quality treatments and service possible, if your nail becomes damaged within the first week, please get in touch.
If it is our fault, we can offer you a consultation and repair the damage at no extra cost.
